Store use

You may use this store only for lawful purposes. You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use its content in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

Products and information

FUEL orders and Shopify checkout

BOXBRAIN FUEL products are purchased through the Shopify checkout on boxbrain.shop and fulfilled by a third-party fulfillment partner. Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including for suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, payment issues, shipping restrictions, or fulfillment problems. If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, the applicable amount will be refunded.

WEAR orders and Printify checkout

BOXBRAIN WEAR products are made to order and purchased through the BOXBRAIN Printify Pop-Up store. When you follow a WEAR product link from boxbrain.shop, you leave the Shopify checkout and complete that WEAR purchase through Printify. Product availability, payment, production, shipping, and order-service terms shown during the Printify purchase process apply to that WEAR order.

Payments and account information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. You are responsible for charges associated with purchases made using your payment method or account.

Third-party services

BOXBRAIN uses third-party providers for payment processing, website services, shipping, and fulfillment, including fulfillment services for FUEL and Printify for WEAR. Their services may be subject to their own operational requirements and terms.

Intellectual property

BOXBRAIN names, branding, graphics, site content, and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No rights are transferred except the limited right to use the website for personal shopping and informational purposes.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BOXBRAIN is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site, delays outside our reasonable control, or misuse of a product. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
