FUEL orders

BOXBRAIN FUEL orders are purchased through boxbrain.shop and prepared and shipped by our U.S.-based third-party fulfillment partner.

FUEL processing time

Most FUEL orders are prepared for shipment within 1–5 business days. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

FUEL delivery estimates

After an order ships, regular U.S. delivery typically takes about 2–4 business days. Express delivery typically takes about 1–3 business days. Delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or address issues.

Where FUEL ships

FUEL products currently ship within the contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. Alaska and Hawaii are not currently available for these products.

FUEL shipping rates

Available shipping methods and charges are calculated by order weight and shown at Shopify checkout before payment.

FUEL tracking

When tracking becomes available, it will be sent using the contact information provided with your order.

Address accuracy

Please review your shipping address before placing your order. Orders returned because of an incomplete or incorrect address, or because a shipment is unclaimed, may require an additional shipping charge to resend.

Lost, damaged, or incorrect FUEL orders

Email admin@boxbrain.shop with your order number. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, include clear photos when possible. Contact us within 30 days so we can review the issue with our fulfillment partner.

WEAR Shipping

BOXBRAIN WEAR products are made to order and purchased through the BOXBRAIN Printify Pop-Up store. When you select a WEAR item on boxbrain.shop, you are taken to that product's Printify page to view available sizes and colors and complete payment.

Production timing, shipping options, shipping charges, and delivery estimates for WEAR are shown through Printify and may vary by product and destination. Review the information shown during Printify checkout before placing the order.
