SMS Marketing Terms

These SMS Marketing Terms apply to the BOXBRAIN text messaging program operated by Downtown Boxing LLC (“BOXBRAIN,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By opting in, you agree to these SMS Marketing Terms, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy.

1. Consent to Receive Marketing Texts

By providing your mobile number and selecting the SMS marketing option, you give BOXBRAIN your prior express written consent to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages at the number you provided. Messages may be sent using automated technology. Your consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

2. Program Content

Messages may include product releases, promotions, member offers, BOXBRAIN news, training or brand updates, and cart or checkout reminders when those features are enabled. Transactional messages about orders, shipping, account security, or customer service may be governed separately.

3. Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies based on your activity, preferences, and BOXBRAIN campaigns. BOXBRAIN does not charge you to participate, but message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and plan.

4. Opting Out and Revoking Consent

You may opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in a BOXBRAIN marketing text. Where replies are supported, you may also reply STOP. You may also request removal by emailing admin@boxbrain.shop and identifying the mobile number you want removed.

We will honor reasonable opt-out requests within the time required by applicable law. You may receive one final message confirming that your opt-out was processed. After opting out, you may still receive non-marketing messages that are necessary to complete purchases, provide requested support, protect your account, or comply with law.

5. Help and Support

For help, use the support option included in the message, reply HELP where replies are supported, or email admin@boxbrain.shop. Because some Shopify Messaging sender numbers are used only for delivery, replies might not be available for every message.

6. Mobile Number Responsibilities

You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided and that you are authorized to consent to messages at that number. If your number changes, is reassigned, or is no longer under your control, opt out or contact us promptly. You must be old enough to enter into these terms where you live.

7. Privacy and Data Use

We may collect your mobile number, consent status and timestamp, message activity, delivery information, and opt-out records. We use this information to operate the SMS program, send authorized messages, provide support, measure delivery and engagement, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations.

We may share information with Shopify, SMS service providers, mobile carriers, and vendors that help deliver, secure, or administer the program. We do not sell your mobile number or SMS consent, or share them with unaffiliated third parties for their own direct marketing. 8. Delivery and Availability

Message delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by your carrier, device, network availability, blocked-number settings, or other circumstances outside our control. BOXBRAIN and participating carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS marketing may be available only in countries and regions supported by Shopify Messaging.

9. Changes or Termination

We may change, suspend, or end the SMS program or update these terms. Material updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law. You may opt out at any time.
